Holiday Inn Express Clermont by IHG

The only issue i had was with the hard boil eggs. I do not recommend them. Otherwise, This location was by far the cleanest I have ever been too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff members were always cleaning everywhere and everything and were very polite. I recommend the location. It is close to everything and only 41minutes from major attractions. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were a little old. But they were very clean, and they are kind of on the small side. It didn't help that we stayed at a new Holiday Inn Express the night before. And it was a little bigger and much fresher. The service here was outstanding however. Front desk, the food and the housekeeping people were above par. And they all seem to like their job.. recommend

I am very happy with this hotel. It's clean, the beds were super comfy but the best thing is the breakfast. Not just the typical also fresh pancakes, egg white omelettes and premium style greek yogurt (as well as everything else you would expect). This also seems to be the best price in the area when I stayed here. I am editing my review to subtract a start for stinky smelling water.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay! I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and genuine courtesy. Every interaction from check-in to breakfast service was marked by professionalism and friendliness. The hotel itself was spotless. My room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens, a sparkling bathroom, and everything in perfect order. You can tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Even the common areas were well maintained and inviting. Breakfast was well-stocked and cleanly presented, and staff were attentive without being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, service, and cleanliness so well, but this Holiday Inn Express absolutely nailed it. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip highly recommended!

I gave this hotel a 2 for service only because of Maintenance. We booked from Wednesday to Sunday. On Thursday morning we had requested from front desk to have maintenance come up and fix our lighted mirror. But since it was Thanksgiving, they said it would be Friday. Friday came and went and nothing. Went back to front desk and she said it looked like nothing had been requested. So she put it in, he came up and said that the lighted mirror wasn’t one you could tap to get brighter. But he’d be right back with an overhead bathroom light. Of course he never returned. We had to get ready by flashlight everyday because it was so dark in there. The mirror in the downstairs bathroom was really bright. It’s bad that they don’t care enough to fix stuff. The rest of hotel staff was great. Rm 2411. Also pool was very dirty and umbrella in it. However, Room was very clean!

We had the best 1 week stay! We got the room with 2 queen size beds. They are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff are very patient and helpful too. Shout out to Max for the support! We enjoyed the stay, the breakfast had everything that one needs. Eggs, oatmeal, cereals, turkey, bacon, shout out to the pancake machine! Both strawberry and grape jam, don’t miss out on those delicious cinnamon sweet rolls! And much more. Thankfully, the laundry room is in the second floor with easy to download/use application. They got free parking too! Overall, we are VERY satisfied with the stay. Will definitely considered it for our upcoming visit. 10/10.

This had to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean the front desk. People were really helpful. My key kept not working and they had no problem helping me with it. The breakfast was really well prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back if I’m ever in Claremont thank you all so much the lady from room 202

One of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve stayed in and I have seen the best and the worst. Located in a hilly area of Florida which I did not expect. The housekeeping staff was great. Nice outdoor pool. Close to many restaurants. You can’t go wrong staying here.
